About Berm
With over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, Berm Inc. is built on a strong foundation of technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on industry knowledge. Prior to establishing Berm Inc. in Canada in 2016, our founder managed and delivered large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects internationally, including petrochemical and oil refinery facilities, heavy concrete process buildings, piping systems, geotextile and geomembrane installation for evaporation ponds, and dike wall construction.
Today, Berm Inc. focuses on residential construction and renovation projects across Ontario, bringing the same commitment to quality, professionalism, and workmanship to every project. As an HCRA-certified builder in Ontario, we are dedicated to delivering reliable construction solutions with integrity, attention to detail, and client satisfaction at the core of our work.

Pre-Construction Planning
Working alongside your architect or our trusted design partners, we refine drawings, coordinate budgeting, define scope, and prepare a detailed construction agreement.
Permit & Procurement
Our team manages permit submissions, material selections, trade coordination, and procurement of long-lead items including windows, millwork, and specialty products.
Construction Execution
From site mobilization to final inspections, every stage is professionally managed through scheduled milestones, progress updates, quality control, and transparent communication.
Pre-Occupancy Walkthrough
Before completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to identify and resolve any outstanding items prior to final handover
Post-Occupancy Support
We continue supporting our clients after move-in with workmanship warranty coverage, ongoing service, and responsive post-construction assistance by Berm Inc
